You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your return item to be received, and it is best to ensure tracking so that we can confirm if your return item was received.

If you receive your order and are not satisfied, you may return the product(s) to us within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Any returns postmarked beyond 90 days from the date of purchase would not qualify for a refund.
If we suspect that purchase(s) have been made with the intention of business reselling or profiteering, we reserve the right to decline the refund and/or return request. Our products are meant for personal use, and ANY misuse of our website for business-related purposes will result in the cancellation of the refund or return authorization requested.

Steps for return:
- Please send an e-mail to: support@kiminaturals.com indicating you would like to process a return for a refund.
- We will reply by email within 24 to 48 hours to confirm and approve your return request. Returns and exchanges MUST be approved by our support team BEFORE they are shipped back to our warehouse.
- After an approval by email has been received, please prepare your unopened products for return with a piece of paper showing your original order number, name & contact information.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Items purchased at retail stores or other channels aside from kiminaturals.com must adhere to the point of sales refund policy. We DO NOT offer refunds on those purchases.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours of our notification, please recheck first your banking method. Then contact your credit card company, as it does take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged for products of equal or lesser value. If you need to perform an exchange, send us an email at support@kiminaturals.com. From there, you will be given further instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All international orders returned due to local customs will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.

Kimi Naturals items bought at retail stores or other channels (not directly from kiminaturals.com) MUST be returned to the original point of sale.
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have already passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
The refund policy only applies to the first product purchased. Any additional opened products of the same stock keeping unit (SKU) are not eligible for return.
